Over de functie
Strategy & Operations
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 product development and production critical paths, overseeing project schedules, milestone meetings, internal team, and production capacity
- Optimise supply chain processes and cost efficiencies, including forecasting, reporting (via Unleashed), and ongoing system improvements
- Maximise the functionality of our inventory management system (Unleashed) with a focus on effective reporting (support and on-going training will be offered for this)
- Support stock analysis, forecasting, and best-seller management until the Merchandising function is established
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure seamless fulfilment, accurate invoicing, and appropriate insurance coverage
Product Development & Production
- Partner with Design to develop products from prototype to production—setting target costs, selecting suitable raw materials/trims, and ensuring accurate, on-time tech packs
- Partner with Merchandising/ Planning to forecast production capacity and raw materials, communicating forecasts to suppliers within agreed deadlines to achieve delivery dates
- Lead supplier communications across mills, suppliers, and manufacturers, managing sampling, materials, and PO processes
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate product data in Unleashed, ensuring all relevant data required for end-to-end processes is accurately captured ( ie: compositions, weights, costings, EAN barcodes, commodity codes, prices)
- Create and manage Bills of Materials and Assembly Build products
- Manage our Supplier Manual, clearly outlining quality standards and invoicing procedures in collaboration with Finance, Quality & Supply Chain
- Set and maintain testing standards for all products with a focus on reinforcing our design USP’s (product performance)
- Ensure all products meet our agreed standards through regular inspection and testing
- Manage our Garment Tech contractors to ensure styles are fitted and sealed in line with critical path
- Oversee end-to-end stock movement (raw materials and finished goods) through manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfilment
- Lead logistics and shipping, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery, with a preference for road and sea freight where possible

- 5+ years experience, ideally in a high-end fashion, or design sector
- An understanding of managing stock-related sales is a distinct advantage
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience and understanding of logistics and operational processes
- A clear and friendly communicator
- Self-managing and regulating with a drive to expand their personal best
