Product/Operations Administrator
Sørensen is looking for a Product/Operations Administrator to support our growing team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone calm, organised and efficient - with a natural eye for detail and an appreciation for organisation, process and a high-standard of doing things well. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to keep all product-related processes running smoothly as we prepare for an exciting season ahead. We are now recruiting for a highly organised and methodical individual to join our Product Operations team. The Product Operations’ functions that this role will be focussed on supporting are: production, buying and planning, warehousing, order fulfilment, and logistics and shipping.

Over de functie
Reporting into the Product Operations Manager, this role is key in ensuring that all our product-related operations run with utmost efficiency and accuracy. Working within our inventory system (Unleashed), the data that this role will be responsible for is vital to generating and maintaining accurate stock and sales-related documentation and reporting.
Functie eisen
- Create and maintain product codes complete with all relevant information: SKU codes, EAN (bar)codes, costings, prices, compositions, commodity (harmonisation) codes, colour descriptions, etc.
- Raise sampling and bulk PO’s, according to approved seasonal buy plans
- Maintain accurate shipment dates on all raised Purchase Orders, based on weekly updates from suppliers (together with Product Operations Manager)
- Remotely support the Portugal warehouse team with stock-receipting all stock deliveries, collectively ensuring that units match relevant packing lists and invoices
- Create and complete stock-transfers between stock locations (eg. Portugal/Amsterdam)
- Support Sales team with all stock-related enquiries (that the system isn’t able to provide)
- Process and track all sales-related files and documents: Sales Quotes, Sales Confirmations, Packing Lists and Invoices, ensuring that all products, quantities, costings and prices are fully accurate
- Support Product Operations Manager with weekly and anecdotal reporting
- Manage salesman samples: Process sample returns, exchanges, and repairs - working with our Portugal team closely on each case
- Manage client embroidery requests, ensuring stock is allocated correctly during the whole process
- Book couriers and freight-forwarders in a timely manner
- Create accurate shipping paperwork (shipping labels and shipping invoices
