What will you do?
You’ll be the go-to Product Coordinator for our apparel and accessories team in the Netherlands. We support our customers in the development, production, and delivery of their accessories and apparel. So, how does that work? Either our sales team or the customer will reach out to you directly with new product ideas, collection concepts, or ready tech packs. You’ll review everything and, if needed, schedule a meeting with the customer to go through all the details.
At this stage, your role is vital: we need to identify as early as possible whether the products the customer wants will fit within their quality, quantity, and price range, and whether they suit their final consumer profile. This is the moment when there’s still room to discuss and make design or material adjustments.
Don’t forget to add your own creative input to customers’ designs or suggest new products—knowing what’s on trend is a great asset. Once everything is clear, you’ll ensure our factories produce the correct samples and deliver them on time. If samples are approved in the first round and we move to bulk production, you’ll make sure all production details are 120% clear for the factory, monitor the production cycle, and lead our QC teams.
Main tasks
- Advise clients on technical aspects, keep production on track, and guide products from concept to final delivery.
- Act as the sample master: check fits, refine styles, and ensure every piece is ready to impress.
- Be creative in helping customers develop the best possible products, or offer them new product or design ideas.
- Work closely with our team in Hong Kong.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and timelines.
- Keep admin and production processes running like clockwork.
- Scout new product innovations, trends, and manufacturing partners.
- Spot and solve problems proactively—and always look for smarter ways to work.
Functie eisen
Who are you?
- You have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internships count!).
- You're highly organized and detail-oriented—your admin game is strong.
- You’re curious about AI and digital tools—and how they can make fashion development smarter and more efficient.
- You have a creative and proactive approach to developing new products, and you know what’s on trend at the moment.
- Either English or Dutch as a native language is fine.
- You’re a people person and love offering top-tier service to our customers.
- Preferably educated at TMO or AMFI, but other relevant backgrounds are welcome too.
- You have your own way of getting to Eemnes.
