WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
Our European Team is based in Amsterdam and comprises of 30 industry experts in the Planning & Operations Department (including the Warehouse, Studio and Post Production Teams) and The Business Development & Client Engagement Department (including the Account Management Team and Producers).
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Producer to join the Team of Producers. If this is you, you will report to the Head of Operations and be assisting for producing E-commerce Photography shoots for some of our Key Accounts. This customer facing role will require you to produce projects for different clients. Your responsibilities will include back planning of projects, briefing Photographers and Stylists, addressing client inquires, proactively managing the overall production processes and solve problems on the go.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all stages of production, ensuring projects are completed on-time and to a high standard
- Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on project goals
- Proactively participate in the tracking of projects in the Studio to ensure all products are shot on time
- Collaborate with Planning and Post Production leads, to optimize deliveries for your customers
- Utilizing Excel for data management tasks related to inventory

You are a person with excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You love building relationships, whether it be with team members or clients. You have a keen eye for details, are an analytical thinker, and capable of understanding when to re-prioritize and discuss issues.
What you bring more to this job:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Fashion or Lifestyle industry
- Working knowledge of Creative Force, Excel and MacOS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is a pre
