Fashion Solution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to spearhead the business development initiatives in the United States for RIBU. With a focus on creative services, specifically in CGI, production and post production across E-Commerce.

In this role you will act as a proactive hunter, leveraging industry connections and market insights to identify, engage and secure new clients, driving business growth in Germany.

Over de functie

In the role of Director of Sales you will be responsible for the growth of the business within USA, you will actively hunt for new contacts and clients and manage these relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Create and implement action plans that outline specific sales tactics, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Regularly review and adjust the strategy to respond to market changes and emerging opportunities
  • Ability to showcase an existing client list that can convert within the first 45-90 days

Client Acquisition: 

  • Act as a proactive hunter, leveraging industry connections and market insights to identify, engage, and secure new clients, driving business growth in the production, post-production within the e-Commerce sector
  • Approach and engage with prospects, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition
  • Tailor sales pitches to address the unique needs and challenges of each potential client

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Sales Leadership:

  • Operate as a highly motivated independent contributor, taking full ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Demonstrate leadership through expertise, initiative, and results-driven performance without the need for a direct team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional client solutions
  • Provide senior management with detailed reports and analyses of sales performance and progress

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demands, and competitive landscape within the CGI and eCommerce industries
  • Analyze data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and technological innovations to maintain a competitive edge

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with the creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Facilitate open communication between sales and other departments to align efforts and share insights
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build professional relationships
  • Network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the company’s reach and visibility
  • Leverage networking opportunities to gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities, extending beyond the CGI and eCommerce verticals

Functie eisen

  • As a Sales Director you must bring;
  • Must have significant connections within eCommerce, CGI and creative post production domains
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong sales track record
