Over de functie
In this job you always aim to be there for the customer when services do not meet their expectations or when something goes wrong. You will want to resolve the complaint for the customer and make them satisfied with MERRACHI again. Moreover, every complaint is a form of feedback that you receive from the customer, helping continuously improve in terms of quality, process optimisation, and complaint prevention.
As a Customer Experience Manager, your role will be both strategical and hands-on:
- Actively tend to customers in a timely manner, by phone, e-mail or socials
- Create, develop, and improve the customer journey, to eventually resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum satisfaction (across all channels)
- Continuously monitor customer feedback, and define both bottlenecks and opportunities, to pro-actively improve the customer journey
- Analyse customer data into reports that contain tangible improvements and feedback for other departments
- Being able to set up your own team in the long-run, acting as their Lead
Functie eisen
We’re looking for a person that is always willing to optimise and continuously cater to needs of customers from all walks of life. Someone that stays optimistic, even when customers do not. You fuel your own fire. Thanks to your strategic mindset, and strong problem-solving skills, you can be the calmness in the storm. You are an independent, creative, and proactive thinker. Moreover you have the ability to function optimally in a dynamic environment.
Furthermore you bring:
- Relevant Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a fashion/lifestyle environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-commerce & Marketing tools, socials
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written (extra languages are a bonus)
- Available fulltime
- Residing in the Amsterdam Area
