Over de functie
As a Brand Experience Ambassador at Merrachi, you will be responsible for handling consumer inquiries quickly and efficiently through social media channels but also by email and chat. You will ensure that every customer gets the right information and solution they need.
This means that your work includes:
- Providing service and customer-focused information and advice to consumers (B2C)
- Answering customer inquiries coming in via Tiktok, Instagram, Chat and mail
- Following up on inquiries and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performing administrative tasks related to the job
- Being a part of the wider Customer Experience team, participating in product training sessions and high knowledge of the Product drops
- Coordinating with the Retail based store teams via internal channels for additional product inquiries
- Thinking along commercially to further strengthen customer relations and optimize service and experience.
Functie eisen
As a Brand Experience Ambassador, you would describe yourself as a someone who is strong in communication and loves to provide service. You are independent, proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on. You like to work accurately, bring structure with enthusiasm and can handle a dynamic environment!
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position, ideally in a digital direct -to-consumer brand
- Experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle is preferred
- Experienced in communication trough Social Media Channels
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills in French and English in word and writing
- Excellent administrative, people and social skills
