Assistant Store Manager Merrachi Amsterdam

As the Assistant Store Manager in our Amsterdam Store you will be responsible for ensuring that you and the team follow our brand’s Code of Conduct, reflective of the standards of behaviour, values and actions that we would expect all colleagues to display.

Within your role, you shall be responsible in supporting the Store Manager in their role in the day to day management of the store business.

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Be a key Merrachi Brand Ambassador Sharing responsibility for the financial and operational management of the store
• Practice Commercial acumen and decision making that achieve the planned turnover and KPI
• Effective strong stock routines in place to prevent damage and loss of valuable product  
• Effective cash handling routines are in place, ensuring accurate kassa processes amongst the team and limited risk to the business
• Maintaining the agreed level of service within the store in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and brand reputation  
• Promotes optimum team performance by coaching, counselling and in some cases enforcing discipline amongst the employees
• Building upon the learning and development of the team and your own learning through the use of training tools and Merrachi Academy to support
• Supporting the manager with successful Product Launch moments throughout the season
• Support the manager in collating and sharing back customer and team product feedback to HQ
• Practice high level focus on sales and service, role modelling best practice behaviour amongst the team
