Munro Tailoring is een in Amsterdam gevestigd kledingbedrijf dat de industrie opnieuw vormgeeft, één kledingstuk tegelijk. Hier combineren we mode, vakmanschap en technologie om hoogwaardige made-to-order herenkleding aan te bieden. Elk stuk wordt ethisch geproduceerd en vakkundig op maat gemaakt, afgestemd op de persoonlijke stijl van onze klanten. We werken samen met enkele van de meest iconische weverijen en ateliers en leveren meer dan 500 hoogwaardige winkels in meer dan 35 landen wereldwijd. Daarnaast verkopen we ons eigen merk, Atelier Munro.
Over de functie
ABOUT THE JOB
As Sales Intern, you will become part of an entrepreneurial team and be closely involved in all parts of the organization. Develop your skills and grow, while gaining insight into the inner workings of a young Dutch fashion brand. You will:
- Support the sales & acquisition team with hands on projects
- Support with customer service, answering questions via phone and email, including shipment tracking, problem solving
- Support with logistics and deliveries, such as sending out requested samples, labels, buttons etc.
- Support on important client projects, like customer satisfaction surveys and analyses
- Assist our ‘Try on’ sample garment loan service for retail partners
- Assist with order entry
- Analyzing customer reports
- Help bring ideas to the table for improvements and innovations to encourage sales
- Any other ad hoc sales requests

ABOUT YOU
- You are a HBO or WO student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) enrolled in related study (e.g. Hotel school, Business Administration, TMO)
- You have great communication – friendly, concise, and accurate in manner
- You are helpful and able to empathize with others
- You are solution oriented with a proactive mentality
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset ¬– innovative, open to improvement and opportunities
- You have good command of Microsoft Office
- You have a good command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
- You are available for at least 5 months starting January/February 2025
